For some reason The download content in game is glitched because it is saying that I’m not online but I have internet connection on so the country only playable for me is china

I’ve tried the settings area and all of the suggestions for an iPad but none of them work. This app would be amazing if I sound get the sounds on. 
Great for early intervention and ASD students as a learning tool. Would love to see more countries added in the future.
