It constantly logs you out & even after logging back in 1/2 the time it can’t find your booking. Is also virtually impossible for others on the same booking to log in. I’ve booked a holiday for 2 families but I’m the only one that can see all the details which is annoying - other companies seem to have been able to work this out much better! ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-03-30, version 2.1.4* Absolute waste of time. What we got was the complete opposite — and Thomas Cook failed to take responsibility. The booking information was misleading. It stated that access to certain restaurants was available with either a pool view room or a 7-day stay. We stayed 7 days, yet were denied access. Our room had two adults and two children overlooking a kids pool, but was not classed as a family room. There was no option to select a pool view or family room during booking, and this was never made clear. The most serious issue was the air conditioning. It wasn’t included and had to be paid for separately. The units were portable and vented through patio doors, meaning doors had to be left open all day and night — a major security risk, especially for ground floor rooms. This was never mentioned before booking. When I raised these issues with Thomas Cook, I received no meaningful support. They failed to acknowledge the misleading advertising, the safety concerns, or the poor conditions at the hotel. I was left feeling ignored and unsupported. Thomas Cook should take responsibility for the holidays they sell. If they advertise certain features, they should be clear and accurate. If customers raise serious concerns, they should respond with action — not silence.
