Các bước để lấy được báo cáo thể nhân Online: Bước 1: Tải ứng dụng từ App Store về điện thoại của bạn và cài đặt Bước 2: Khách hàng đăng ký tài khoản trực tuyến, điền đầy đủ thông tin theo hướng dẫn và tải hình ảnh mặt trước và mặt sau của giấy tờ cá nhân và ảnh chân dung lên để xác thực danh tính. Bước 3: Khách hàng yêu cầu lấy báo cáo. Bước 4: Cán bộ dịch vụ khách hàng của PCB sẽ làm thêm một bước nữa là xác thực thêm độ chính xác về thông tin khách hàng cung cấp.
