App is terrible *2026-08-07* The app is as is it was built in the early 2000s. It’s slow like super slow. I can’t even add half of the items I want to purchase onto my cart. I’ve tried using this app several times and it’s frustrating every time. Not sure what the point in keeping the app if it’s going to be like this either decommission the app or make it better. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2026-07-16* Tried to see descriptions on some items. It just said “ loading” and never populated. Some worked, some did not. Had to order from the website. ### 1/5 — Has Potential *2026-07-07* I really prefer using apps rather than web browsers, but it seems that’s not an option for me with Thorne. The app is constantly crashing and signing me out. ### 1/5 — This app sucks *2026-03-03, version 2.1* I think for such a high quality supplement company, it is so weird they don’t have a good app. It sucks because they don’t think about it like this: people usually buy more products if they experience buying with a phone it’s easier. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Stay Logged In *2025-11-04* Always logs you out, seems to not remember username/PW so I have to manually enter every time, and the UI/UX experience is awful. Stick to desktop and don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — Bad *2025-10-12, version 2.1* Great products but useless app, nothing but spinning wheels. ### 1/5 — Can’t update credit card Info *2025-09-03* After updating cc info, I click SAVE & get the spinning wheel of death so I can’t buy anything. It won’t let me update the cc info. 😞 ### 1/5 — Not Great *2025-07-31* Really the only thing this app is good for is viewing your order items and what you paid for them. You won’t stay logged in, which I find personally irritating to have to log in each time I open the app. You cannot view tracking information, which defeats the purpose of having the app. The categories say that there are a number of items targeted to that category, yet when you click on the category sometimes there is no products to view. Overall, this app needs a lot of work, so to save yourself time, just use the website. ### 2/5 — Meh *2025-04-01, version 2.0* Hot garbage. Too many glitches. ### 1/5 — Cannot Create an Account *2025-03-04* Cannot create an account once all the fields are populated and the create account button is tapped nothing happens.
