## What is Thornwell Client Portal?

The Thornwell app provides you secure online access to your services, and helps you conveniently manage care for yourself and your family members. Use our app to:
•	View upcoming appointments.
•	Receive push notifications for appointment reminders and important messages.
•	Virtually and securely join video appointments.
•	Communicate with your provider and care team.
•	Complete and submit forms. 
•	**View and pay account balances coming soon!**

To access the Thornwell app, you must receive an invitation email from our staff and follow the steps to create an account. After you’ve established your account, make sure you have push notifications enabled to receive updates on your device.

- The "Join appointment" link for video appointments using a custom telehealth link is available 24 hours in advance
- Providers will not see an error message when joining an appointment
