Не понимаю почему отзывы низкие) на мой взгляд, одно из лучших и удобнейших приложений по таро тота. 
Сканером я не пользуюсь, а вот трактовки выбирать очень удобно!

Приложение сразу запрашивает доступ к камере и пока просто находишься в приложении, горит зеленым датчик камеры на телефоне, значит она используется. А когда запрещаешь доступ к камере в настройках, приложение просто перестает работать. Соответственно это используется. Прикольно конечно сделать приложение, и вроде как легально следить за людьми и таким образом развлекаться, или в каких вообще целях это использовать можно, не знаю.
