## What is Thought Treat?

Thought Treat is a daily quote app with a psychology-grounded twist. Every day it gives you one quote — never a feed to scroll — paired with a short "why this matters" insight rooted in CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, and positive psychology, plus one small action you can actually try that day.

It's built to be a calm daily habit, not another thing demanding your attention.

Your streak counts the days you actually do the practice — not the days you open the app. Miss a day? With Thought Treat+, streak protection means one slip won't wipe out your progress.

KEEP A PRIVATE REFLECTION JOURNAL
Write a reflection on any day's quote. Your entries stay on your device, paired with the quote that sparked them. We can't read them, and they're never uploaded.

An optional subscription unlocks: choose the themes your quotes draw from, the full reflection journal, streak protection, and the shuffle feature. Monthly or yearly, with the yearly plan at a discount.
