## What is ThoughtWell?

Some thoughts need a little room.

ThoughtWell offers a quiet place to pause, explore a difficult moment, and put your thoughts into words. Reflect at your own pace, save what matters, and return whenever you choose.

Reflect one question at a time
Begin with what happened, how you felt, and what was going through your mind. Leave it there, or explore another perspective. A short reflection is welcome, too.

Take a Moment
Choose from five brief pauses: Breathe Slowly, Feel Your Support, Notice Your Senses, Tap a Steady Rhythm, and Name What’s Here. Nothing to finish or measure.

Look back when you’re ready
Revisit saved reflections and find them by words, feelings, or time. Optional observations in Across Time draw only from your saved reflections, show their sources, and can be dismissed.

Keep your writing private
Your reflections are stored locally on your device. There is no account or ThoughtWell cloud sync. Your writing is not sent to external AI. You choose whether to create a backup or share an export.

Free from pressure
Everything in version 1.0 is free. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, ads, streaks, or scores.
