It keeps saying I need to verify my identity but won’t give me the option to. Now I can’t check the balance on my card. This is very frustrating

When I try to log in it says my username and password are wrong. But I can sign in just fine on a computer. However when in go to the website it doesn’t show my balance or anything. Frustrating to say the least!
