I like the visual of the cups and the gratitude list always makes me feel a little lighter and happier!

I love the new upgrades. To be able to define how you’re feeling each and every day and to really take from where you’re overflowing in one segment and really focus on the segment you’re not doing so well on gives me insight into how I’m feeling and where I’m going for the day.

More than mindful, Thrally helps me be conscious of how I’m spending and replenishing my energy so that I’m focused on growing in a positive way. It’s helped me change my life’s currency to happiness.

The first day I used this app my father was in the hospital. I was consumed with the weight of the situation and the feelings of dread I had for his future. I sat down and forced myself to complete the list of 10 things that I felt grateful for. That day it was difficult but looking back at the list now it allowed me to stop and be in the moment and take an accounting of what was important to me at that moment. I like that I can track what is going on in my life and look back on certain days to see why I was up or down on a particular day. I choose to be happy!
