I have installed it several times on my phone same email and same password still nothing. This program is a joke. ### 5/5 — Works with TruEmbroidery 3 *2020-02-18, version 1.0* Note this is designed to work with an older version of the Mac software. I get a —>email not recognized<— now I get the version mismatch. A message said it successfully uploaded from the computer but then wouldn't download to my iPhone. :-( There doesn't seem to be an updated Thread Cache app for Premier +2. I never tried the download with my TruE software so don't know if it worked there. It did print out a list, at least.
