*An app for Residential Care*: Self-managed facilities, staff and residents. Thread.Care is a unified platform for interacting with your residents. Create multiple facilities and staff. Document your resident’s lives and memories through Knowing Me chapters, questions and Moments. Share facility events and activities with their family and friends.

- Manage resident profiles: Thread.Care is a simple and powerful way to document your resident's life experiences. Easily set up a personal account and start adding historical moments to a resident timeline. Chronicle the important moments and memories to share with their family and friends.

- Easy account management: Create multiple facilities and delegate staff to administer them. Careers can be easily allocated to one or more facilities. Onboard new residents with customisable Knowing Me chapters and questions.

- Value in reminiscence: Experience has shown that using reminiscence as a form of therapy can be effective in helping with neurological issues associated with age. Sharing a moment remembering a past event can have a long-lasting positive effect on both residents and carers. They become anchor points for daily interactions and launch pad for conversations and community building.

- Resident slide shows: Turn resident memories into a multi media slideshow for them. Moments made up of photos, videos and audio clips can be recorded and shared with others as a slideshow.

- Collaborate with family: Our app allows you to grant access to resident family members and friends to view and contribute to their experiences.
