NOTE: ThreatDown Admin is for use by IT Admins with existing access to their organization’s ThreatDown Nebula user console. Active ThreatDown Nebula licensing must be in place for users to access their environment via ThreatDown Admin. Act promptly on critical incidents or endpoint threats even when you’re away from your desk with ThreatDown Admin. Remediate, quarantine, isolate or start scans on endpoints when you’re on the go. It makes me wonder if Threatdown itself is a serious as it looks ### 1/5 — No OneView ThreatDown *2024-06-13* Update: June 24 - zero progress with getting one view into the app. Very disappointing. In fact I am noticing very little updates and improvements across the board. What is going on? Original review: I was so pleased to see an app for ThreatDown and then discovered it doesn’t work with OneView. Logging into the webpage is useless on a mobile. Pretty disappointed as not everyone is behind a full screen desktop all day and this would be so useful. ### 2/5 — Don’t expect to manage hundreds of devices on the go *2024-05-12, version 1.0.71* Got excited when I saw this app and was immediately disappointed when I tired to patch my 700 endpoints and couldn't do anything restart or patch wise without doing small batches. Figure it out Threatdown App Devs! This isnt freeware and theres a bunch of competitors in this space in 2024. Dont fall behind ### 1/5 — Logout for 2FA issue. *2024-04-11* Setup ok, after few minutes it log me out for some 2FA issue. The biggest issue for me though is that endpoints are sorted differently than they are by default on the web. It should give you the option or match it at least. I’d like to see the last registered device at the top with options to adjust it. ### 1/5 — No support for Nebula SuperAdmin *2023-04-20* Glad there’s finally an app, but not useful for MSP Partners if it doesn’t allow SuperAdmin login to manage all tenants at once. **Developer response:** Hi limesparx, thank you for your review.
