Useful for getting push alerts, but I am much better off pulling out my laptop and using the web portal for actual work within the ThreatLocker platform. ### 2/5 — Two Steps Forward, One Step Back *2024-10-14* I’m beyond frustrated with the constant UI changes. Why did you get rid of being able to simply swipe right on a computer and put it into learning mode? It was perfect as it was! PLEASE FIX THE SCALING ISSUES! I’m on a 3rd Gen SE, OS 18, and the app is not scaled properly to my screen size and I can’t navigate and reach certain settings. As for the positive: the scheduling issues/time zone oddities are fixed, but everything else got WORSE than 4.4.0 ### 1/5 — Login issue *2024-02-04, version 4.0.2* It won’t let me copy and paste my password from a password manager, which means I have to manually type in a massively long password every time. It also ignores the “stay logged in for X days”, which compounds the issue. ### 1/5 — Bug *2024-01-23* There’s a bug that prevents enabling elevation mode for specific users. ### 2/5 — Error 401 *2023-10-05* It’s a waste of time since every approval ends up in air 401 and I end up having to power up my laptop and then login to the website anyway ### 1/5 — Burden on IT staff within an organization *2023-09-14* The program does not learn and blocks everything including Ms updates bios updates and every other thing you can imagine. It has been THREE MONTHS AND COUNTING that this embarrassing excuse of an app has had scaling issues, making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to approve requests or take computers out of Secured Mode. Inexcusable and unacceptable for a product made by a company of this size and prestige. PLEASE FIX THE SCALING ISSUES! I’m on a 3rd Gen SE, OS 18, and the app is not scaled properly to my screen size and I can’t navigate and access certain settings. Between this and the timezone bug it’s obvious that MANY devices are being treated as “one size fits all” before the client-side actually renders anything OR exchanges basic information like timezone offsets. All that aside, I’m beyond frustrated with the constant UI changes. Why did you get rid of being able to simply swipe right on a computer and put it into learning mode? It was perfect as it was! ### 1/5 — Fix requests *2024-10-16* New update is cooked. Get a white screen when trying to approve things. Then force quit and have to sign in again. And please just make it so we can stay logged in for longer if it protected by additional biometrics like FaceID etc Mobile app is supposed to make life easier. Not when I’m having to flick between apps to get with codes. You can’t even use MFA if you want to keep your logging in secure. If you even try to add MFA it just acts like your username and password is incorrect even though it isn’t. Some time ago the request reason stopped working. Emails and web display what people have requested, but in the app it’s just a random string of letters and numbers. Fix that and she’s good.
