You can get a range of casual to work clothes at a reasonable cost. Returns are easy. They used to have free returns with shipping included which was a huge help. It’s super easy to sort by brand and size. I just wish they had a slightly better search by style. If they don’t sell it and you want it back, you have to buy it from them plus shipping! And they price stuff horribly so that they get to keep the stuff and then sell it, plus the amount you get back from a sale is Pennies on the dollar. This is buy far the absolute WORST resale app. ### 1/5 — Continuous Missing Packages *2026-08-27, version 8.208.0* I have had four packages now from Thred up go missing. Three of which have been within the last 2 months - which is also 3/4 of the packages that I’ve ordered weighing that time. I’ve attempted resolution with both ThredUp and the carrier but they have not been of any help. The customer service reps are either very helpful or not at all and the very helpful ones are extremely difficult to get ahold of. ### 1/5 — So disappointed *2026-08-27, version 8.208.0* Was a customer for years. Last order I received someone else’s order. I was given 10 dollars as a “gift” — not only did I not get what I ordered but I have to print out a return slip and drive a long way to a ups store. I was made to feel like they were doing me a favor and that I was wrong. I got a matching skirt and a top. They canceled the top, and then it reappeared on the website, but at a much much higher price. The same exact thing, with the same exact photos. So not a similar item, but the exact identical same one that I initially ordered. And they refused to sell it to me at the price I originally paid. No, actually, the first agent took forever to respond, told me she would honor the price, and then when I didn’t respond for half a minute, they closed the chat. I’ve also used ThredUp to clean out my own closet, which makes the entire experience even better. Being able to send in clothing I’m no longer wearing and then use my earnings toward new-to-me pieces feels like a win all around. My most recent order may have been my favorite yet—I found so many dresses that I cannot wait to wear!
