## What is Three & Three?

Your brain reliably files away everything that went wrong. What went right slips through.

Three & Three turns that around in two minutes in the evening. You write down three things you are grateful for and three that went well that day. The app asks for nothing else.

WHY TWO QUESTIONS Gratitude trains you to notice what works - after a few weeks you start catching those things during the day, not just in the evening. The second question is there because you pull off plenty of small things every day that pass by unnoticed. Writing them down is not bragging, it is the only way to register them at all.

WHAT THE APP DOES • Streak - how many days in a row you have an entry. A single sentence a day is enough. • Momentum - unlike a streak it never resets, it only drops. A bad week can be caught up. • Calendar - a whole month on one screen. How solid the dot is shows the number of gratitudes, the blue arc the number of wins. • Timeline - every entry stacked up. Tapping a day in the calendar takes you straight to it. • Flashback - every time you open the app it shows you a random older entry. • Backup - one tap saves all your entries as a file.

YOUR JOURNAL IS YOURS ALONE No accounts, no ads, no analytics. Your entries never leave your phone and work without an internet connection. The only way out is a backup you create yourself.

FREE IN THE FUTURE Download Three & Three now and it stays free for you in the future - even if a paid version ever appears. Nothing to activate, nothing to sign up for.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-09-07

Reminders. Set up to six short questions a day - at fixed times, or let the app surprise you. So you are not digging through your memory at night for what went well.

Search in the Timeline. The magnifier at the top right finds a word across every entry. Next to it, a switch for sorting.

A reward for the full set. Fill in all three lines and the card lets you know. Finish both sets and you get a small moment on top.

The calendar can be swiped, no need to aim for the arrows.

### 1.0 — 2026-08-23
