The core gameplay seems to be based on Shogi… and The Duke the board game? Granted, The Duke is based off Shogi anyway. But it’s surprising to see some mechanics like CC tiles appearing in this game. It’s also a live service game, but because it’s Apple Arcade, no one can whale in this game. The only flaw is the seasonal match, the opponent is losing and quit the game in the middle of the match. The timer ran out but I can’t not get a win or go back to main menu unless I choose to retire from the match which made me lost.
