## What is Three Thanks Gratitude Journal?

The gratitude journal you'll actually use.

You already know a gratitude practice is good for you. The hard part is doing it every day. Most people start a gratitude journal with the best intentions and stop within a week. Not because they stop caring, but because life gets busy and the scroll always wins.

Three Thanks is built for consistency. It gives you the gentle structure that makes the habit stick, so you keep showing up for the practice you really want, on the days it's easy and the days it isn't.

THE HELP THAT MAKES IT STICK
Choose the apps you reach for without thinking, like your social feed. Three Thanks pauses them each morning and again at 8 PM until you've written that session's three thanks. Write them and your apps open instantly. It's not a punishment. It's a one-minute reminder, at the exact moment you'd drift, that puts something good first.
• You choose the apps. Most people pick just one.
• Built on Apple's Screen Time, so it's reliable and private.
• An emergency unlock is always there when you truly need it.
• Prefer reminders only? Gentle Mode never blocks anything.

THREE THINGS. TWICE A DAY.
Open the app, write three thanks, done. Gentle prompts get you started. Small things count: coffee on the back step, a call from a friend, the light in the kitchen. About a minute, morning and evening. Over time, it changes what you notice.

KEEP THE CHAIN GOING
Every day you write adds a link to your Gratitude Chain. Watch it grow on a calendar, hit milestones at 7, 30, 100 and 365 days, and earn Perfect Days when you finish both sessions. Miss a day and nothing is lost. A monthly grace day can carry you through.

A JOURNAL YOU'LL KEEP FOR LIFE
Every entry is saved permanently. Browse by day or on a calendar, search everything you've written, add reflections and edit any entry. Export your whole journal to Markdown or plain text any time. It's yours.

A YEAR OF THANKS
Your annual review: how many things you were thankful for, your longest chain, your most consistent month and your top ten, drawn from your own words.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your journal stays on your iPhone.
• No account, no ads, no tracking.
• Apple's Screen Time keeps the apps you choose private, even from us.

ALSO INCLUDES
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets (they never show what you wrote)
• Morning and evening reminders
• Custom session times
• Light and dark mode

SUBSCRIPTION
Three Thanks starts with a 3-day free trial. After the trial, choose Monthly or Annual, or pay once for Lifetime. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID settings.
