The only reason it’s not five is because there is a better version, so yeah but the ads are not forced so you’re gonna have to wash them eventually when you run out plays. here’s a pro tip. Natalie, do you have a random one two or three? You also have a random column That the tile will appear but then also as you play you’ll get more random members like 12 and 24 and 48 and those are supposed to be rewards but They appear next to tiles that you can’t add them to like threes or sixes so it’s more about punishment than a reward So the problem is the game decays into random choices that you don’t really have control over ### 1/5 — Deleted *2026-03-13* Played the 10 free games. I’ve been playing for seven years and it still hasn’t grown old. Please buy. ### 5/5 — It lives up to its description *2026-01-22* Believe it or not, this game inspired ‘2048’, which became an Internet phenomenon. Unlike 2048, however, this game has a number of differences: cards as opposed to tiles, 3 and 6 cards instead of 2 and 4 tiles, etc. But these differences are what make Threes unique and fun to play. The simplicity and design of this beautiful game (like the personalities of the cards) was what it an Apple Design Award in 2014, And it doesn’t matter if you play the free or full version; they’re the same, it’s just that this version has ads. But be warned: the saying of ‘easy to learn, hard to master’ truly applies to this game. Behind the cute façade is a surprisingly strategic game, and it keeps you coming back for more. Moving tiles and creating numbers from 3, to 6, to 12- it was a simple concept that quickly addicted me to the game. But as I got older, and I got new devices, I wasn’t able to play for a while, and soon forgot about it. Fast-forward 7 years and I remember this game while zoning out one day. Remembering the Free version, I re-downloaded it. I was surrounded with nostalgia in an instant, seeing the colour-muted tiles still full of life as they slid about and merged. Even more, my progress from plays almost a decade prior had been saved, and while it would still have been nice to experience a fresh start, seeing the game remember my past felt wonderful regardless. And aside from it being a memorable part of my childhood, the effort put into the game is still extraordinary to this day. An entire music track made specifically for the game that still keeps me entertained, how each tile tells a story, each with their own names and personalities, the little details, like when you don’t move for a while - what more could you ask for? To make this short, I’ll just mention this game as one of the best ways to kill time I have ever experienced in my life.
