Since last IPhone update ISO 7.0.3 , the App does not provide information on the page that has the VIP CARD. It appears as a Red screen as normal but it is blank. Can’t reach out to anyone due to no link provided within the app. The website for Thrift Giant doesn’t provide tech support either. I shop there all the time and use my Senior discount and VIP CARD when applicable. This is very annoying!

Never receive confirmation email with code to enable the app.   And the app support like just goes to the website that has no support contact.

The app is informative and easy to use. The Denton store is fairly organized. I get frustrated when I find something I want to buy and there is not a price tag and the manager will not put a price on it! It is all donated and the object is to SELL it so give me a price and let’s go!

If someone asked me pre-pandemic if I shopped for clothing at thrift stores, I was “that girl” with the turned up nose emphatically shaking my head, “NO!!” But after everything started opening up again, I found myself in one of the three stores that I now stalk weekly, poking around for candle sticks or something…and there it was! A gorgeous black satin trench coat was hanging on the end of the coat isle, and it winked at me. I winked back, darted over to it while ripping the coat that I was wearing off as fast as lightning, and tried it on. It fit like a glove!  And that is what started the transformation of my entire wardrobe. Everything I wear…except for undies…is from Thrift Giant. I get to wear beautiful, high quality clothes, with brand names that I can’t afford or to buy at department stores…and I feel lovely!! I can’t even fathom stepping foot into a mall or department store ever again!! I buy all of my linens and household items there as well! I am indeed spoiled rotten, and proud of it!!

If I could give 20 star review, I would. I love thrift giant stores. This app is the best that has ever been created. Please don’t get rid of the app because it helps me determine what sales to come to and when.
