Tracking never updated, they never shipped. I emailed them in January, February, and March. They have ignored me and finally I’m leaving a review and filing a chargeback with my card. It’s kind of sad I just wanted my stuff , I asked them repeatedly to send it and they just never responded. I kind of knew this was a scam app and that most of these reviews are probably paid bs, but I really wanted to find a cool thrift app. So just be wary, please don’t order from these people unless you’d like to be out of your money. Two star review because one star reviews are often buried and I really wanted people to see this before they wasted their hard earned money. ### 2/5 — Fake advertising? *2024-12-04, version 2.1* Yeah everything’s a dollar but shipping is 50. I added the shirts I had in the cart, by the average weight of shirts from men’s to women’s with careful consideration to fabric type, etc. I did the same with ballcaps. It would be about 3-4 lbs but I rounded up to 5 lbs to make sure to cover everything like wrapping/packaging weight too. From Florida to California, I would be charged $7 for just about every service, aside priority express. Priority express, the overnight/2day fastest shipping estimated about $35. You wanted to charge me $30 for what would certainly be under 5lbs and very likely NOT sent at overnight rate…. Wow ### 5/5 — Finally A Real Thrift! *2026-02-20, version 2.4* I just started using it, but I wanted to see if it actually was what it said it was so I went through and I picked a couple things and everything’s a dollar not only is everything a dollar but when you go to check out, there isn’t any hidden fees or you know the site fees, which I don’t know how they’re able to do this, but I’m so glad that this is an actual thrift store that is staying true to the word and affordable because not all of us can afford a $39 jacket that’s supposed to be a donated item that is now 2999 or a donated a purse that is now 5999 and I don’t just don’t see how those are serving. The you know financially challenged families of the community but this app is actually doing it. and I’ll be a also I will refer all of my friends and anybody that I can think of passer buyers on the street.
