### 1/5 — Customer service nonexistent

*2026-09-04*

I purchased a subscription which I was using frequently. I had to uninstall and reinstall the application, the application would not load with my subscription. Upon contacting thrift pal , I was unable to reach anyone. No customer service and no Assistance application issues.

**Developer response:** Hey, I'm really sorry about this! Your email never made it to us, which I feel terrible about because it left you stuck with no answers.

Your subscription isn't gone — it's tied to your app store account and we can get it working again. Shoot me a note at hello@appsolutely.software and I'll sort it out for you personally.
