### 1/5 — Cancelled subscription but still being charged

I cancelled my subscription and received a confirmation email that it had been actioned. I was doing some end of year accounting when I discovered they continued to charge me for 3 months after I had cancelled. I thought it would be an easy enough fix, it’s been 2 days and they are still looking into it and haven’t issued a refund. I am owed $90 USD.

I joined Thrive two years ago and began participating more after attending a book club. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the fact that the sisters started knowing my face and name.
