My employer’s food service moved from Eatify to Thrive and it is not going well. The app will not place an order unless you create an account but it will not allow anyone on our campus to create an account. So I guess the idea was to reduce sales?

This app never works for orders. You try to make an order and you can’t complete it. Also, good luck with their app support- you’ll get nowhere there either.

Downloaded the app because purchases weren’t going through on desktop. Apple pay, google pay, all display an error message, and credit card requests time out. Missed out on ordering food. Why develop an app when I could’ve left earlier to guarantee an order in person.

This feels like it was built with chat gpt now without any QA. Please fix the UI on desktop as well. My cart has to be removed manually every time after ordering is my main issue though. Terrible design.
