Can't specify any pick up time and it says contact us or try again if issue persists. When you open the scanner, you can take a short break while it comes up. And if you want two of the same item, you have to scan twice instead of adding a +1 to the cart. I was charged but the vendor did not work on my order on both occasions. The app doesn’t allow me to make a complaint, flag the issue or issue a refund. Thrive support deferred me to the restaurant, taking no responsibility for the technical issues that lead to me losing my order, hence my money. Every morning, have to tell this app which cafe I’m ordering from, I have login…again, and I have to tell it I dont want to update my notification settings. EVERY DAY. Maybe save settings so you dont have to ask me the same question every time I use the app. ### 3/5 — Good when it works *2025-12-15, version 8.48.0* From the time I got my receipt to the time the chef got the ticket to start cooking my food was 25 minutes. Should’ve been 25 milliseconds. The list is so long and paid options are on top, that it is easy to miss. I overpaid for the order and they of course have no human to talk to nor give contacts of where to submit a refund request.
