This app is great for parents, caregivers, grandparents — anyone involved in caring for a child. It helps track sleep and feeding patterns while providing personalized support and guidance. One of the founders is ranked as one of New York’s top sleep consultants, and you can tell a lot of thought and expertise went into creating it. Helping turn overwhelming parenting days into more manageable, organized routines with added structure and support.

Great app!  It has really helped me track my daughter’s sleep and has offered helpful recommendations based on her specific needs. Life is very stressful at this time and Thrive has really help 🙏
