I tried several times to connect to their customer care support for a proper resolution but they did not provide me any resolution. Their attitude was very bad. They were not polite and don’t know how to talk to a customer. I will not recommend anyone to buy any products from thrive co. Despite this, I later received the order as Cash on Delivery (COD). I cancelled/refused the order, but I have still not received the refund for my prepaid amount.
