Have been emailing support for weeks and have gotten no response. I have been using this app for a while now, there are less props than most other apps, pays are a small amount more, but that means nothing since you cannot withdraw anything after winning. I have been trying to withdraw for over 3 weeks with no response, even after several follow up emails. I have contacted them multiple times and have not heard a single thing from them which is truly unprofessional and did not expect this to happen. ### 1/5 — Customer Service *2024-04-05, version 7.40.13* There was a Deposit Match (up to $250) with Thrive Fantasy matching the deposit with play-through funds. When I tried to withdraw, I received an error because I still had a play-through balance. The play-through balance was much more than the deposited amount plus Thrive Fantasy’s deposit match. I reached out to Customer Service noted on the app 2 weeks ago and then once again last week. No response. Outside of the lack of response from Customer Service, I would recommend other DFS apps since Thrive Fantasy doesn’t have many promos via discounted lines. ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-04-04, version 7.40.13* I’ve been waiting since January 13th for my $1300 withdrawal and it’s April. It takes weeks, I mean weeks, to get paid. And I have to send multiple messages to them to send me payment. Meanwhile, if I get a card declined for whatever reason, I immediately get an email from them saying: “Hey x, Thanks for playing on ThriveFantasy! We saw you tried to make a deposit but it didn't go through. Let us know if we can help! Hope to see you #PropUp soon. Best, ThriveFantasy Admin” They’re on top of that. 🤦 Correction: I won on Prize Picks, cashed out, got paid same day. I even emailed them 3 times about it and they still didn’t even acknowledge me. Don’t waste your time. Go do prize picks or sleeper etc… because they’re not responsive. After playing through all 500$ and ending up with 400$ left I went to withdrawal and it said I had to play through another 250$. After playing through another 250$ I withdrew out what I had left it excited my thrive account but I never saw the money. I have emailed numerous times and no one will respond. I used the site for a year or so but then stopped using it so I went to withdraw my funds. I went through the entire process and it said I would be sent my funds in 3-5 business days. Well, it has been 6 plus months and countless emails to them with no response! My account has been closed and they just stole my funds! Do not use this company as you won’t get your money back. It was about an issue with the app and questions I have with it being broken with screenshots as evidence. If you do end up winning, withdrawing will most likely be a problem and emailing them won’t work since they never respond to begin with. I had heard withdrawing was impossible and am now confirming, they don’t give your money to you if you request it. I requested withdrawal in February 2024 and haven’t heard a single thing from them since then. It’s now September 2024. My Thrive account still says “pending withdrawal,” and it’s pushing 7 months. I will be very sad when the NFL season is over because I won’t be able to bet on the NFL using Thrive, but it’s OK. I will still bet on hockey and baseball and basketball. Oh wait, baseball may not yet have started by then, but either way I can bet on hockey and basketball.
