I haven’t been able to log into my account for over a month since the new update. I’ve contacted them multiple times and no one has done anything about it. What’s the point of ThrivePass if I can’t even get reimbursement? so awful

Using the same username and password I can log into their portal fine to website but not this trash of an app. It’s not that difficult to handle log in and passkey saving but apparently they didn’t want to pay a dev to make it work.

Fix your login process. It's something to do with how you process the password/login whenever autofill is used. I know my password is correct, I've used it multiple times to log in. I've reported this before and nothing has been done. Do better.
