The app definitely has a calming effect once you begin to interact with the content. This app disengages from the normal urge of quick scrolling, swiping and tapping to navigate the site: it makes you pause, take a deep breath, and ‘begin your journey.’ Bravo

I have been doing some personal work for the past years. But I keep having moments that are still keeping me down. Family’s not helping with how they handle things. I  keep hoping I had a mentor. Then one day I came across this app. I gave it a try and it has helped me grow more and continues to push me to keep doing better and trusting myself.

ThryvWell is a simple and helpful app for tracking my mood and mental wellness. I love the clean design and how easy it is to use. The breathing exercises and guided tips really help me feel better during stressful days. It’s great to have a mental health tool like this always available on my phone. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their emotional health.

I tried ThryvWell for a few days and was pleasantly surprised. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and I loved the adjustable video playback feature. Push notifications help me stay on track, and everything feels well-organized. It's still early-stage, but I see a lot of potential for growth.

The Force is strong in this one! I wish to applaud DeShawn Gamble for providing a rejuvenating environment as well as a huge healing circle. He represents a new emerging generation of healers and spiritual teachers. Listening to him brings Iyanla Vanzant to mind and I wouldn’t be surprised if she reaches out to him in the future. 👏👏👏
