## What is THSA?

Handball training units - team management - goalkeeper training
THSA-TS is an app that every coach needs for their handball team.
•	In the 'Store workshops' area, you have many complete units with optimally coordinated exercises at your disposal.
Each training unit contains about 8 exercises that are structured systematically and lead the team step by step through the 90-minute training session. Furthermore, a corresponding animation is available for each exercise, which describes and reproduces the exercise process in detail.

•	All units are made available in the 'My training sessions' area and can be called up at any location.

•	Special exercises for throwing and goalkeeper training are made available in the 'Training units – challenges' area.
There are many exercises for perception training and the speed of action to stimulate all important senses. In addition to improving coordinative and physical abilities, attention is also paid to the player, especially in throwing training.
A wide variety of exercises for goalkeeper training, throwing training, athletics, speed, strength and Tabata are offered. Many exercises are free and if you want, you can purchase additional exercises (Level1/Level2/Level3) for a small fee.
The decisive factor is always how something is trained. Problems with endurance, strength, speed, coordination? Here again the question arises HOW do I train speed or speed?
THSA-TS offers you all options for this. You can select a wide variety of exercises and THSA-TS gives you the exact intensity, time, break and intervals.
Many simple trains incorrectly and wonder why they do not achieve any success in the area of speed strength, for example.

•	In the 'Participation in training' area, other important services such as team management, planning training days, recording training performance, tracking acceptances/cancellations, and managing a team treasury increase the success of your team.
THSA-TS is constantly being expanded with new exercises that you can easily download. Furthermore, all exercises are explained in detail and a corresponding animation helps you to carry out the individual activities.
THSA-TS is available in 20 languages (DE, EN, DK, FR, ESP, IT, NL, CZE, IS, NO, SI, RS, HR, PL, SE, MK, SK, TR, GR, CAT)
