There is a useless chatbot, that cannot actually do anything. I contacted support and they decided to keep the money and not refund me. They don’t know how the app works, so when something goes wrong the poor guy just doesn’t know what to do, returns the order to the restaurant, the restaurant owner panics and we both try to reach support only to get an incredibly stupid chatbot do nothing. The JustEats company has min maxed this business and it’s falling apart. They refer every issue to the restaurant and the restaurants’ AI says any problems have to be handled by thuisbezorgd.
