I wish there was an update to it since it has been three years ago. They need to add a chord mode so that you can play a chord with one note press. ### 3/5 — Amazing, but Power Save needs fixing *2025-04-12* I love how expressive and realistic the tones are. However, since the last update, the "Power Save" feature seems to stay active even when turned off. I usually work with other apps like lyric viewers and app managers at the same time, so I can’t keep ThumbJam open on the screen all the time. Unfortunately, when I don’t use it for a while, it goes into sleep mode, and I have to minimize everything just to reactivate the instruments I had loaded in my preset list. Zu Anfang funktionierte es gut. Jetzt sind weitere Aufnahmen nur noch über das Mikrofon möglich. Auch die Abspiel-Geschwindigkeit ändert sich einfach, obwohl ich nichts verändert habe und die Zahl dieselbe ist, dann muss ich immer plus ein, minus eins machen, bis es wieder die Geschwindigkeit hat, die ich eingestellt habe. Weitere Samples aus der Bibliothek lassen sich leider nicht mehr einspielen. Hat mich Zeit und Nerven gekostet, bis ich einsehen musste, dass das Programm nicht mehr viel taugt. A great controller for under £10. Until I started using ThumbJam I didn’t know that such a thing was even possible for me. It works especially well with flute and string instrument sounds. Also you can set up the electric guitar sound to have a “wah” effect. If you have any interest at all in learning to compose melodies, install ThumbJam right now. Like right now. Like so many users the one thing I would is an AU3 version. The use of the iPads touch screen is in full display with this app, the ability to bend strings, on the guitar, modulate the Organ, Vibrato, etc etc, the amount of instruments that come with this one IAP is untouchable by any other app! I am not sure if the developer is still working on new apps, but whatever they’ve released has always been TOP quality! From the GUI to the tone, Thumb Jam has NOT be outdone yet!
