## What is Thunder Cloud?

为更好的管理生产现场故障成品的返修、报废补制等流程，通过信息化技术实现成品返修的管理控制、进度透明化、流程规范化；
        对成品件发生故障后返修、报废补制、责任判定等流程进行管理；
        对成品故障返修、报废补制进行全状态管控，实现故障成品责任归属清晰化、进度可视化；
        对成品件进行数据分析，提取成品故障率、报废率等报表，统计各批架次未完成、超期等状态的故障成品件数，帮助管理者更好的进行决策分析；
       宏观掌控成品件各项指标，通过警报系统对故障率、报废率高、即将超期未处理的故障成品做出警报或预警，帮助管理者排查生产中存在的问题并及时处理。
       实时监控各部门处理成品件耗时长，对耗时异常的部门进行管控，巩固加强成品返修流程的执行有效性，进一步梳理和升级流程执行，减少执行复杂度，提高执行与管理效率。
