this app is remain on my iPhone 11 after deleting it and it is not shown in my screen but it is on my app listing on settings 
i want to contact to the support through app store but it is not accessible and it won’t go to the support team
how i can delete permanently from my iPhone . i try search in google but it is not working with that instructions

Esta aplicación aparece como que yo la compré y tal parece que me robaron mi contraseña del Apple Id , inmediatamente escribí a su correo para que me cancelaran y me devolvieran el dinero y nunca me respondieron y se cogieron mis 49.99 dólares injustamente .
