I find this app very useful for when I need to relax. Due to my anxiety desorder, I find relaxing very difficult but with the sounds of nature that this app offers, it is easier for me. 
I have tried all the sounds (thunderstorms, ocean sound, rain, river), but the one that does it for me is the sound of bamboo….I just love it!! and really relaxes me.
Thank you so much for making these aids that are so useful when suffering from anxiety and other related disorders.
