Been on this program for 2 months. App is overall very clunky and odd to navigate. Not very user friendly. Programs are also full of typos, intermittent missing #s for reps/sets. App is constantly not saving my notes or reps. Super frustrating. These workouts already take a ton of time out of my day, the app adds more unnecessary time and frustration.

App looked cool when your looking at the bio of the app. But then there’s no way to sign up😭😂. Like how do you forgot to put the thing that brings you new members. Literally no sign up button only says login.

This app has several super annoying flaws. 
The app should not restart and un-log the last exercise I completed every time I click off the app. 
The rest timer should also continue to run if you click out of the exercise while remaining in the app.

I have access to multiple programming tracks and I can log my weight and see my exercise history as well!

I love this app and my ability to switch between programs depending on the time and equipment I have available to me. It’s keeping me consistent in my health and fitness routine!!! The built in features such as rest timers, set timers, and the ability to get nutrition coaching and resources all in one app is impressive!  Can’t wait to see what other features there are as I get more accustomed to it with continued use. Love the gainzzzz I’m making too, thanks to the coaches and programming!

I appreciate and applaud the effort to create a centralized app for the programming. Sure, there are some things that need improvement, but the team is working on them. The user interface is easy to learn and the programming is excellent as always.

Loving this app! Great programming options with flexibility to make it fit your day. Easy to follow through a workout and love the rest timer (no more watching the wall clock!) 
Great movement videos that make following programming easy, without leaving the apps like other platforms make you do. 
Looking forward to dig into the in app resources like ebooks, recipes, podcasts and coaching. Love that they are all in one place!

I love this App, there are some neat features that we didn’t get with the other app. Love the timer, the access to all programs is really cool too. I love that it’s only members using the app for the shred. Definitely liking the change.

Programming is legit, but the app feels very dated and clunky compared to market leaders like SugarWod or TrainHeroic. I get the allure of creating your own app but that should only be explored if it can be as good or better than existing platforms.
