Be kind to people because you love them, not because they rate you on a social media platform. Being kind, without expect something in return (not even a thank you). That is genuineness. ### 5/5 — Showing thanks! *2019-07-09* This app is very useful! Living in Japan for so many years, I understand the Japanese mindset of utmost hospitality. People always go above and beyond to serve you without any expectation for tipping. Recently, I bought a tapioca milk tea in a local tea shop, the lady made a mistake, so the product was different from what I ordered. I didn’t notice, so I drank it anyway. As I was walking away from the shop, she ran after me and informed me that the shop made a mistake and they wanted to fix it.
