After contacting to technician, he said I am not coming. Pathetic service. Please don’t book any appointments. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional company *2022-12-16* Nobody will give you 1 star also. Your team make so many calls, send messages & emails for booking confirmation and then in night you cancel the booking because you have no staff and has no customer value. Pathetic service. This has happened twice. Why do you confirm the bolking multiple times if you dont have staff. Dont promise which you cant deliver. Issues wrt login, app crashes are faced every time while booking tests. I am writing this review after trying Thyrocare twice in a week. First i booked a blood test and no one turned up for collection. After a lot of follow-ups i have to take that outside. Thyrocare promised next time the experience will be good and there was some issues. I booked another test today and had the same experience, at last they stopped responding and again i have to take it outside after wasting time and efforts with Thyrocare. Why do you take requests when you can't fulfil them and top of it no response also. I am done with Thyrocare and will never request any services from them. I urge other also not to waste your energy with them. ### 1/5 — Fraud Site with no customer support *2021-03-31* Hi everyone, Please do not trust this site for any kind of tests as these people are fraud they will take your money and never return calls or communicate with you at all. I booked a RT PCR Test and I was supposed to get the sample collected today by 8:00 am and there’s no call from them or any kind of communication. I paid the money in advance and there’s no wayyou can get your money back. I have called a 100 times to all the possible numbers but no luck. So guys DO NOT BOOK ANY TESTS FROM THEM THEY ARE FRAUD!! ### 1/5 — Third Class Service *2021-02-21, version 2.1.9* After payment the app crashes, no booking happens, no one answers call in given cust care numbers, no reply to mail, no calls from anyone. It doesn’t even save the tests in cart after auto shut down. What's the point of using the app if it just wastes time? What a rubbish they have made , their CEO preaching about all the things and can’t see their own company applications. Keeps logging out every time you close the app. No bar , Tab or option for cancellation No option for payment, you have to wait for them to send a mail on your email id. Very poor and immature application experience. I can not even register myself into the app. ### 1/5 — Third grade all *2024-01-07* This application has been designed by some school student no basic sanity check, you can’t even register your account. On the address section there is no option to enter character only numbers are allow how would someone type apartment or street address. The state field doesn’t even populate anything same goes for all the field there is a GPS selection option however if you click on that it doesn’t populate anything even if you type the location name. You fill the entire form but register button remains disabled. Endlessly searched for address and nothing happens. Please change your IT vendor ### 1/5 — Slow process in giving report *2023-09-25, version 2.5.12* Those test take 6-5 for report they take 24-48 hours for reports. If you want report one day, don’t prefer this lab.
