TI One Voice is a secure human rights documentation and advocacy
platform built for the Targeted Individual community. It gives you
the tools to record your experiences, preserve evidence with
verifiable integrity, connect with others, and take coordinated
action — all in one place.

DOCUMENT WITH CONFIDENCE
Build a structured, timestamped record of your experiences through
a guided adaptive interview. Store files in a secure Document Library
where every entry is cryptographically timestamped (RFC 3161 +
blockchain anchoring), so its existence and integrity can be
independently verified later. An Evidence Quality Score helps you
understand and improve the documentary strength of what you submit.

UNDERSTAND YOUR SITUATION
Complete the TIPAQ questionnaire — a psychometric instrument designed
with explanatory balance — to reflect on your experiences across
multiple frameworks.

PRIVATE AI ASSISTANT
A built-in assistant with persistent memory answers your questions
and helps you navigate the platform. Inference runs on self-hosted
infrastructure, so your conversations are never handed off to
third-party AI providers. Search an extensive knowledge base of
rights, resources, and reference material.

CONNECT AND ORGANIZE
Real-time messaging, one-to-one and group audio/video calls, and
many-to-many conferencing keep the community connected. The Activist
Hub combines mass mailing, petitions, surveys, and peer review so
groups can advocate to legislators and institutions effectively. Add

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.9.0 — 2026-08-22

This release is a wave of fixes to bring the app in line with the website, most of them reported by people using it.

Messages look right. A TI Assistant answer now stands apart from the conversation instead of appearing as a message from whoever asked. Images and quoted replies sit inside the message bubble rather than floating above it. Tables and headings in a message render as tables and headings. Links to Knowledge Base documents, Document Library items and Wiki articles show a card you can tap.

All five attachments now show. A message can carry up to five files, but only the first was visible — the other four were silently hidden. Every attachment now appears, each one downloadable, with images opening full screen.

Search finds what the website finds. Searching the Knowledge Base or Document Library was matching only titles on your phone while the website searched the full text of every document. The same search now runs in both places and returns the same results.

Jobs. Tap a posting to read it in full and apply. People looking for work can now be contacted — previously there was no way to reach them at all.

TI-TV On Demand remembers where you got to. Videos you have finished are ticked, unfinished ones show how far in you are, and playing one picks up where you stopped — shared with the website, so it follows your account.

Doc Planner. A "Finished recently" list shows your completed and skipped interviews, and you can share one to X or Facebook from there. The work list now leads with what is overdue instead of sorting alphabetically, and Resume resumes the interview you tapped.

Also fixed: sharing to Facebook now opens with your link in it, group chats have the same features as direct messages, and My Evidence, Interview Me and KB Wiki have moved to Library where they belong.

### 1.8.7 — 2026-08-21

This release brings the mobile app in line with the website.

Group chats now do everything a direct message does: replies, reactions, editing, voice notes, attachments, read state, and the group's own picture.

TI Assistant in Messages. Type "/ai" followed by a question in any conversation or group and the assistant answers in the thread, so everyone can see it.

Long-form writing. Type "/compose" in TI Assistant and it will read your Document Library and Knowledge Base, plan an outline, and write the document section by section, showing you its progress as it goes.

Maps. When you ask the assistant where other signatories are, the answer now includes a map. Members who chose to hide their city are shown at a country or state level only, and those pins are marked as approximate.

Jobs, under Discover — browse offers and people looking for work, and apply from your phone.

Timeline, under Library — generate a chronology of your documented events.

Messages show more. Links to Knowledge Base documents, Document Library items and Wiki articles appear as cards you can tap. Images, videos and YouTube links show a preview and play in place. Attachments can be downloaded to your device.

Share to X and Facebook from anywhere you can on the website — articles, wiki pages, documents, Knowledge Base items and your logged entries — opening the app you already have installed.

Also in this release: applying to a job now works, the timeline generator saves a clean document, inline document previews load correctly in every language, and voice recording stops cleanly and tells you if a call or another app interrupts it, keeping what it captured. A failed sign-in now says plainly that the username or password was incorrect, instead of showing a technical error.

### 1.8.6 — 2026-08-12

Reliability fixes.

• The app now quietly retries when a request fails because of a brief network drop, instead of showing an error you can't do anything about.
• Fixed: the Dashboard could report "Some sections couldn't load" even when every section had loaded fine — usually after you switched tabs mid-refresh.
• Fixed: the on-screen keyboard could get stuck on the Dashboard with no way to dismiss it. Scrolling now always dismisses it, and the TI Cafe topic field has a Done button.

Pull down on the Dashboard to refresh at any time.

### 1.8.5 — 2026-07-28

Removes the "sponsor a new server" donation popup that appeared when you opened the app. The app no longer asks for donations on launch.

### 1.8.4 — 2026-07-27

Interview answers are now saved continuously as you go, so an interrupted interview can always be resumed. Previously, answers given before an interview was saved could be lost if the app or connection dropped.
