Game center allows you to see how well you are doing in comparison with your friends and even challenge your friends to beat a level you have completed. Version 4.1 is iOS 5.0 ready as well as iCloud Ready. Version 4.0 opens all 100 levels to the free version. If this is too hard try Easy Mode. Easy Mode lets you move only forward making it much easier to see all the levels. Tic Tac Toe is a simple game but with version 3.12 of Tic Tac Knoe, the logic has been vastly improved so you must remember which levels take what strategy. Are you up to the challenge?
