My idea is to give this tip to everyone who complains about the age.

1. On 2015, I put my age and some restriction showed and I cannot play because I was too young.

2. So, I deleted the app and I downloaded again and I put 14 (not my age) to play and it works!

3. If you are under 13, and you put your age younger than 13, I suggest you delete the app and download it again and put 14 to play. Was this tip helpful?

First this game asked for my age - tic tac toe? Why?
Second - this game has a banner add at the bottom of the screen which when accidentally clicked on the banner prompts for a banner removal purchase - and will not go away - will not allow playing the game unless you choose to pay to remove the add. 
This game is broken.
