TICK is an open-source metronome designed to run on almost any platform (and audio host).

With sample-accurate audio and unique features it's aimed for professional musicians (but can serve pretty much anyone :) )

To developer:  would it be possible to have an option to save the beat to wave file?  That way I could upload it to my apple watch.

This is the perfect plugin if you want to sync gear like Korg Volcas or Teenage Engineering Pocket Operators by using sync clicks instead of MIDI. Simply record a single click of your synth and import the sample into TICK. Problem solved!
