Tickelia se encarga de gestionar tus gastos para que te olvides de las tareas manuales en papel. Gestiona íntegramente el flujo de tu empresa como la aprobación, el control de políticas de gasto, la gestión de anticipos y viajes, hasta el pago y contabilización con tu ERP. Automatiza y digitaliza el proceso de gestión de notas de gasto con todas las garantías legales gracias a la homologación por la  Agencia Tributaria de múltiples países. 

Cómo Tickelia organiza tu flujo de gastos y viajes.

1.	Reporta los gastos realizando una foto del gasto desde tu Smartphone o reportando el kilometraje con Google Maps. 
2.	Olvídate de guardar el original en papel. Tickelia está homologada por la Agencia Tributaria de múltiples países.
3.	Paga con la tarjeta Visa Tickelia y recibe automáticamente los movimientos para fotografiar el tique fácilmente. 
4.	Establece flujos de aprobación multinivel en función de variables como la estructura organizativa, realiza un control exhaustivo del cumplimiento de la política de gastos de la compañía y minimiza el fraude interno. 
5.	Realiza una gestión integral por parte del Departamento de Finanzas o Administración una vez las notas de gasto han sido aprobadas. 
6.	Simplifica el flujo de solicitudes de medios y el análisis de costes de viaje.  
7.	Integra la petición de anticipos en el proceso de notas de gasto de la forma más sencilla posible. 
8.	Recupera el IVA nacional e internacional en más de 40 países.
9.	Tickelia permite integrarse con cualquier solución relacionada con la gestión de gastos y viajes de empresa de forma bidireccional para maximizar la automatización de procesos ya sea mediante intercambio de ficheros o nuestra API Rest.
