## What is TickerFit?

TickerFit is a unique cloud based application which empowers your health professional to provide personalised physical activity, education and support programs tailored for you.

The TickerFit application delivers your program direct to your phone and enables your health professional to review your progress remotely. 

After consultation with your health professional you'll receive an email welcoming you to the TickerFit application and providing access to your personalised program.  

When you receive your "Welcome" email, simply follow the simple instructions within, and your program will be delivered directly to your smart phone.  

As soon as you are up and running, your health professional will have direct access to your progress. This gives them vital information to help you achieve the best possible health outcome. 

TickerFit will automatically record your physical activity from popular apps and wearables, including the Health app.  The combined benefits of physical activity, education and support are widely accepted, and now with TickerFit, they are at your finger tips!

Note: On devices without motion detection capability, TickerFit will periodically request location information to help track and recognise your activity. The application has been optimised to use as little power as possible, however, continued use of GPS and location services whilst running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
