Go through the process with plaid countless times, says they're successfully connected but Ticker has nothing. Bug makes the app basically unusable.

This app is useless.  I downloaded the app, created an account, got an email to verify my email address, then the welcome email directs me to download another app.  So I downloaded app #3, and attempted to sign in, but of course you need to create an account again, so I create an account again, and it tells me that it will send me an email to verify my email address again, BUT NO EMAIL IS SENT.  So I request another email and of course again it does not send one.  So I figure let’s try for a third time another email, but of course still no email.  

The app is a great idea but too bad you can’t actually login so it’s totally useless.

First, thank you for taking the time to share this. That experience sounds incredibly frustrating, and I’m sorry you ran into it.

Based on what you described, it sounds like you may have downloaded the original TiiCKER app instead of TickerPerks. TickerPerks is a separate, newly launched app and does not require downloading a third app or creating multiple accounts. The flow you described isn’t how our current user experience works, which makes me think there may have been some confusion between the two.

That said, if verification emails weren’t coming through, that’s on us to help troubleshoot. Sometimes they can land in spam or promotions folders, but we’re happy to look directly into what happened.

This is a cool app. I like the idea and concept. I signed up, earned a 10 dollar gift card. The perks that are there are fine, but i can’t wait until there are a few more.
