It should be calculated as USD x Current exchange rate for INR . Developers kindly note this and change it. Suggestions 1. Plz create a iPad app very much necessary as it is a analysis tool and mobile screens are small. 2. For US stocks investment create some videos of accounts creation process and investment process. 3. Make the news feed related to market and portfolio stocks visible in the first screen not after scrolling a lot. Most of them have been good and useful. There were a couple of days where app was having problems. Being a developer myself, I understand that some things break when you ship a lot of features. Pros - You can analyse assets allocation - Portfolio XIRR vs category - Top gainers and losers - Ranking analysis but I don’t think so anybody should decide fund based on rankings - Red flags where user can see details Good to have features - Portfolio overlaps across all funds - In asset allocation, Indication if Nifty 50 index stock is present in portfolio or not with percentage. Also list of missing Nifty 50 index stocks. So anybody can avoid index fund if already most of stocks present in portfolio. - In asset allocations, invested amount along with percentage. Like before stocks which use to give higher return on that particular day use to show in top and other stocks in descending order but after the update not able to find this feature . I added funds to my account, and initially, everything looked fine—the updated balance was visible. But after a couple of hours, the balance suddenly reverted back to the old amount as if the new funds never existed. Because of this, I was unable to execute a time-sensitive trade that I had planned for today, which could potentially lead to financial loss. This is not just a minor glitch—this is unacceptable for a financial platform where timing and reliability are everything. When users are trusting you with their money, this kind of inconsistency is simply not okay. Now I’m left wondering whether this is just poor system reliability or something more concerning. Either way, I no longer feel confident using this app. Would strongly advise others to be cautious before relying on it for important transactions. If you value your money and need dependable service for US stock investing, stay far away from TickerTape. Extremely poor performance and zero reliability when it actually counts. We will be happy to assist you. ### 1/5 — What a Waste! *2025-03-06* Totally fraud app. I don’t know what kind of analysis people are doing over this app. There are thousands of other platforms which provide better insight and support. This app has zero customer support, no transparency in managing the money, delayed response, no intention to sort issues regarding investment. Its been one month since my money is deducted for SIP in digital gold, but the order was not executed, neither did I get the money back. Customer service only says we are looking into it. Waiting for an eternity now. ### 1/5 — Not happy with new login system *2024-06-13* I used to love this app. I was so happy when they launch mobile app. But now they started collecting mobile number and everything for login which is unnecessary. They claim that its because of simplified login experience. Whats wrong with broker login credentials? Hence, it is important to verify your number for login. ### 1/5 — Lazy and lac of customer support! *2023-10-06* I was facing multiple issues for OTP based login issue. To resolve they took lot of time after multiple follow ups. Now again I am facing another issue in linking my Zerodha account to tickertape , struggling to get support and sent multiple emails requests for solving problem,So far no proper response received. Unfortunately I have taken paid subscription for a year and unable to use features due to issue in linking broker account to ticker tape. I am really disappointed with customer support system of tickertape. Still issue is not resolved. ..indeed frustrated. I want to cancel my paid subscription but that also I can’t do as there is no provision given for cancellation in ticker tape for anual subscription. This is unfair practice. I don’t know how long I need to wait, even to call there is no contact number available, only need to rely on slow email support service system. Ticker tape must improve a lot in customer service at least for paid membership. Our research team is sanitizing the same data now and shall have this, now-suspended feature, brought back very soon. It’s stuck in a constant loop of loading(loggin in) but never able to get it working.
