It gives cheaper fares than buying on the bus and allowed us to check timetables (when we got used to it). They should allow SMS code to be sent to email address. Annoying because the app sends an email informing you that you’ve started the process but need to enter the code. Then as you’re waiting at the bus stop, you call the number provided and you’re told to email them. By that time, the bus has come. Eventually got to the SMS authorization and it wouldn’t work with a +1 number. Doesn’t send an SMS to finalize signup. My husband managed to register and buy a ticket but the app wouldn’t let him activate his ticket so we lost that money.
