TicketIt app is designed to work hand in hand with  TicketId admin cloud portal for managing issues/tickets in a cross-functional environment. 

Anyone can purchase a license for our  TicketIt Admin Portal from our website, and start customizing the workflows as per your organization hierarchies. 

Define customized Tickets Statuses as per your organization's need. The mobile app will just work fine for any configurations that are possible to be created using the admin portal. So the possibilities are endless.  

The app can also be configured to handle approvals( ex: material approvals for resolving the issue) of your complex corporate ladder, so you do not need any other platform for handling approvals. 

Ask questions or send items back to any step in the workflow.

Instantly check the status of any ticket to see where bottlenecks are forming and get an estimated completion time.

At the same time,  TicketIt Admin Portal will give access to KPIs, ad-hoc reports. You can export report data, analyze dynamically generated data with other teams, and more with advanced reporting features, all at real time.

Anyone with a valid license of  TicketId Admin portal will be assigned with agreed number of app logins. Which can be used to manage the tickets across departments.
