The TT interface is very easy to use from start to finish: it’s simple to set up attractive event pages; the help centre has lots of useful information; the people on the helpdesk respond quickly and are genuinely helpful; and the checkin app makes us feel very professional. The WiFi was terrible where we were and some of the older guests could not find their ticket to scan. Between mannually checking people in and being able to use there too offline it could not have gone smoother. It was fantastic, from setting up the box office and checking people in, it was great. The people checking in ticket holders were ‘seniors’ and they were a little uncomfortable at first but then after they actually did it they were so impressed. (Some didn’t know what a QR code was) anyhow TT was very responsive each time I had a question and it was so easy. Is there a trick to get it to update faster? I haven’t used it to check in yet, but as I’m monitoring ticket sales it sometimes takes multiple “click-arounds” before it will refresh the sync. It might be a small bug and I reported but the support team said my phone is faulty 🤷🏼‍♂️. If I need to add new registrations or edit details it’s super simple. I also added access for my team mates which meant a few of us could be checking people in at once. I love that Ticket Tailor is a b corp and I know they’re doing good for the planet. Their customer service is also really responsive and helpful. The only thing I would change is being able to email every attendee coming rather than just the person who ordered, adding a tick box to say ‘I have permission to add this attendees data’ as this makes it so easier to manage communications ### 4/5 — Perfect for magic show! *2025-01-07, version 5.1.4* I’m a local magician and I used Ticket Tailor to sell tickets for my small close-up shows and it has been working great! These disappear after a while & I’ve wanted to check back for a quick comparison but have been unable to do so. ### 4/5 — Good overall but a couple of suggestions *2023-10-11, version 4.3.8* I've been using the new Ticket Tailor check-in app for quite a while now (we migrated over from the Tazotix check-in app) and while it generally works well and is definitely an overall improvement to the prior version, there are a couple of changes that I would like to suggest: 1. The option to manually initiate a sync. While the automatic syncing is great, it doesn't always work in real-time or reflect tickets that are purchased after the app is opened to scan. A simple "pull down to refresh" gesture to manually sync the doorlist and upcoming events list would easily solve this dilemma. 2. The option to display the full ticket type without truncating it underneath the ticket holder name in the doorlist. While I understand this change would cause each row to become greater in overall height, I believe having the option of showing the entire string would be beneficial due to ticket categories taking up a large portion of the available line space. Keep up the good work! ### 5/5 — Excellent usability and customer service *2026-08-11, version 5.5.2* I am new to TicketTailor but they have been FANTASTIC in responding to questions I have had setting up my box office, managing tickets, etc. On show night I had several people checking tickets in and they all said it went very smoothly, one teen even saying, “This is a great app!” I also appreciate TicketTailor’s ethos and commitment to the planet and to social causes, being a certified B Corp and with their Pennies for the Planet program. We also sold at the door and that help us keep track of things. We could scan or check in by name and even check the door list before hand. The customer service was excellent—responsive and incredibly helpful. The platform itself is incredibly easy to use, with a clean layout that made creating and advertising my event a breeze. The ticket sales and check-in process were smoother than I’ve ever experienced with any other platform. The reporting tools were also straightforward, making it so easy to keep track of everything. One small issue we had was with real-time check-in. We had three ticket checkers, and while some scanned attendees in, it didn’t always update the checked-in list right away and we had to check them off on the doorless instead… so it might have been a syncing issue. But aside from that, everything else went off without a hitch.
